Fran Rathmann is a life-long resident of San Antonio, Texas. She holds a bachelor of arts in English and a master’s of science in Sociology from The University of Texas at San Antonio. While Fran loves to make yummy desserts and grow beautiful flowers, her first passion is writing. The time and effort she put into writing The Last Witch was a labor of love.
